TDX General Tech Training

Campus IT Support Staff from all units are welcome - this overview and training is not intended for end users

Overview:

In this training, participants will receive an introduction to the front-facing IT client interface, then discuss technician activities in the TDNext application.

All workshops will be held via Zoom. Registered participants will receive an email with the Zoom link the morning of or the day before the session. Registration will close 48 hours in advance of the training.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  • Navigate the IT client interface and Client Portal.
  • Create and view tickets in the Client Portal.
  • Manage tickets and associated tasks in TDNext.
  • Utilize the Desktops App and other helpful applications.
